Sustenance

At the lair we try to eat as healthy as possible focusing on local greens from our large veg garden, eggs and chickens and when shopping limiting anything that comes in plastic or junk food.

All recycling is used in house so attention to containers and other waste is considered. We are 420 friendly but discourage the use of vapes and nicotine (designated spaces).
